I chose a dark background, using up all my navy fabric scraps. I finished it just in time to display it at my guild's show last weekend. I modified the layout slightly to create a curved effect in the center. Some of the appliqué is from Jen’s pattern, and I also incorporated elements from Irene Blanck’s Garden Party Down Under.
