Finished June's Tall Buildings today. I so enjoyed having various critters peep out of the windows of my houses, that I decided to go full on Zootopia with the city. My grandson is partial to the Avengers building. I used scraps from some of the masks I've made him for school this year. I'm partial to the flamingos.

Ellen, I would love to see your pictures. Sounds so interesting. Your photos are just a box with the ? in it. When that has happened to me I have had to reduce the size of my pictures until they are really small, but they do show up fine after uploading. Please try
again, looking forward to your progress. HelenW

OK, I'm going to try this again. I combined the two photos and brought the size way down. Here are my Tall Buildings 1.

                      Hi Ellen,
I'm glad you were able to get the size of the photo down so the it would post. I know the developers are STILL trying to get a good workable size. Thanks for your persistence! They look GREAT by the way!!

If not, were are you getting the patterns? thanks
The houses and buildings in the outer circle are all my designs, inspired by Wendy's beautiful quilt. The houses at the NSEW locations will be the four houses we have lived in since married 38 years ago. The buildings are my take on various buildings in our town as well as places we have visited in our travels that have special meaning. It's been fun to come up with ideas on how to personalize everything. So happy to be working on this beautiful quilt!

I'm caught up for the moment with my tall buildings. The bears won out this time, and even have stored some fish in the buildings which must be aquariums.

What a fun BOM. I had shoulder surgery so that put me a couple of month behind. I am slowly catching up. I am using some hand dyed fabrics I inherited from a dear friend that passed away last year so this quilt will have special meaning to me.
