James, I love what you have done with your quilt. Very unique and very creative. Love how you have kept the season theme
from the compass to sky to the trees. Also like that you used 2 different fabrics for your inner road and outside road. Like you
I am hoping to learn some embroidery stitches after seeing the beauty Carole B has created with her wool felt and embroidery.

Delighted to be done with my center. Even more delighted that it lies flat! Thank you Wendy Williams for the beautiful design. Thank you Barbara for your great guidance on making this quilt come together.

I’m a new quilter and I have really been enjoying this project! Thanks, Barbara, for the excellent teaching on Wendy’s beautiful design. My center came out pretty close (I hope close enough) to flat.

Sechai, Let me guess...You love CATS! For a new quilter you are doing great. Love the way you put them in the windows and doorways. Good Job! HelenW

My center took quite a bit of fiddling because my measurements for houses 1 and 2 were off and I didn't want to remake 16 houses, but somehow it has come together and is even reasonably flat.

Here is my center. The only change was to sub in a walking path for the smaller highway. This is such a happy pattern - what a great choice for the BOM! -Mike

So glad you like it. A chance for many to really stretch their wings.

One road down, one to go. I'm loving the way it looks.

Here is my quilt so far. Different tres and I appliquéd the white lines on so they would be curved instead of straight. Having fun.

There's so much I love about reading all the comments.
                    1. So many quilters didn't believe they would be able to get it to go together...
                    2. So many surprised (and really happy) with their achievements
                    And
                    3. Everyone had a go anyway, even if they were dubious along the way.

All cred to everyone for having a go, and achieving such beautiful results, and now believing more in yourself and your creative abilities. Such a great community, you rock, ladies!
And thanks to TQS for making the beautiful project available, and for providing such great instruction.
