Please give tips for choosing fabrics to make Patchwork Barn quilt scrappy.

If you look at my Patchwork Barn posts on the first of each month in 2018 you will see my scrappy blocks. This palette is fairly controlled but scrappy is what I do best.

Select 2-4 color families, combine light, medium, and dark of those families and you're on your way to a scrappy quilt that doesn't look chaotic.
