Pattern for the Halo Medallion.. I am so disappointed that when I downloaded month 4, the pages 9-15 were not downloaded. I tried contacting folks at the show, but they told me to try here. Can anyone help please. This is such a let down.Thanks for any help.

I am sorry you have experienced this.... I downloaded and printed my pages last night and all the pages were there. Maybe you can try to download it again???

I can't download 3 & 4 all I get is the introduction page. I done what I was told to do but that doesn't work either

That happened to me. I thought I was signed in but I wasn't. Try signing out and back in.

I had the same experience about thinking I was signed in but when I brought the BOM 2017 up, the system told me I had to sign in. I thought I had but I signed in again and then it worked.
