I cut my floater borders 1.5" but you may need a different size. Sue Garman walks you through how to calculate double floaters on pages 5 and 6 of the Month 5 pattern.

I finished all my pinwheels this month also. I'll be out of town spoiling my grand babies for a while next month so thought I'd get ahead a little. I thought these were lots of fun to make. I love seeing everyone's progress. This quilt is beautiful in all the different colorways/fabrics.

I am again looking for fabric. After starting the Flying Geese, I decided that I was not going to be happy with all that white background. Don't have enough of the teal I want, so its another waiting game. Meanwhile, I have done my Pinwheels, so I don't get so far behind again. I also need the 2 of the teals for my next half-square triangle border. Hopefully the fabric will be in next week.
