    Heather, I meant to ask... I really like the piping you put on your center square block. Did applying piping add or take away from the overall size of the block?

      Renata, thanks, it helps tie in my colours. The piping is very tiny and I just trimmed the block to size after adding it. It did not make a significant change at all because it is so small. Ricky Tims shows how to do it in episode 1809. The cord inside is number 3 embroidery floss.

                          I was thinking along the same lines this morning when I was working on mine. I had forgotten how I hate to make them....I feel like I'm stuck in mud. :unsure:

                                This is beautiful, I love the way your colors move into the next section of the block so it looks like your fabrics are moving. Little 'zen' for so early in the morning.
