          That's so true, it's a difficult journey to the land of 'saying NO'. I'm on my way. Volunteering, helping, going the extra mile ( 100 times) . I'm taking big deep breaths and saying "No!' more often. It actually feels good. Try it, Kathy. Good luck.

                                Wonderful, Judy! The colors remind me so much of spring (as I look out at the snow falling and the wind blowing here...). I also like how you used yo-yos in your block.
