    Columbus and the Mayflower

Just want to make a correction. Columbus sailed on the Nina, the Pinta and the Santa Maria.
The Pilgrims came on the Mayflower.

Your recall of history may not be perfect, but your quilts sure are!
I have seen many of them in person and was awe stricken each time.
I was at the Road to California show and knew it was your quilt as soon as I saw it.
I wish everyone could see it close up in order to see the alphabet letters quilted in the border.
I even have a folder of pictures of your quilts that I keep as inspiration.
I am a big Janet Stone fan!

Why, thanks so much! That's so nice of you to say! And I do appreciate you pointing out my historical errors  I really knew where the Mayflower came from, but I must have penned that on one of those very late nights I used to keep! I'm hittin' the sack earlier these days!
