Meeting TQS Members!!!

Hi everyone, As many of you know of the TQS site, Hannelore (Lorchen) and 3 friends are in Colorado for a Ricky Tims Retreat and will be touring Colorado after that. They arrived earlier this week and it was planned to meet at the Denver National Quilt Show when Nancy Rehak, Linda (polishquilter)and myself were at the show. After many hugs we had a lovely visit at the cafeteria and giggled like schoolgirls. The lady on the right is Lorchen's friend Brenda and her husband, Brian, took the picture. They are now, as we speak, riding up to the top of Pikes Peak on the Cog Railway and down to LaVeta tomorrow for a week of fun. We hope to connect again when they are getting ready to leave Colorado in 3 weeks. It was a wonderful visit with goodies for Nancy and I from England, including Chocolate!!!

It is so good to see all of your smiling faces! I'm glad you all had the opportunity to meet face to face and spend some time (giggling or otherwise) together! Isn't it amazing the friends we have made through the TQS site! I wonder if Alex and Ricky ever imagined these friendship would develope, and we would sometimes even be able to meet up with others from "across the pond?" Thank you so much for sharing!

So very happy to see these pictures. Been so busy w family affairs, life events, that I haven't been checking recent post. So happy to see this now. Enjoying the even vicariously, just as if I were really there. Have a wonderfully creative week with Ricky.
