I haven't been able to get on that site with my computer for about 3 days, although I can with my husband's so I thought it was just my computer. All of a sudden it doesn't work. Judy in AZ

I've been recieving email notices and posts and read messages that are posted there daily. I don't believe Libby's sisters have missed a day posting messages. What an inspiration they are in how they care for their sister. I recieve a post just a little while ago and completed my daily check-in there. Progress seems to be quite good lately.

I've been having the same trouble with the caringbridge.org site. However, I can still get a connection through the app on my iPad. Really good news that she is doing so well. Her family does an amazing job of keeping us informed when they are going through such difficult times.

I contacted TQS tech help as I couldn't find any way to ask for advice fromCaringbridge.

I got the following help from Tech Bob.

Sorry your having problems. I tried the link http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/libbylehman/journal and it works fine. Their may be an issue with your web browser, you can try using a different one. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do because it is not our website. You can try contacting their support at http://caringbridge.custhelp.com/

            Hope this helps.

I also received this email from Karen Fixtpatrick .

'Hey Pam here's a little follow up on our problem with caring bridge. I sent them an email and received this note today, 12-9-2013. Maybe there is still hope for me as I still can't get on to check the journal updates.
            Here is their reply:

We are sorry that you are unable to access your CaringBridge site at this time. We are aware of an issue that is causing exactly what you are describing. Our technical staff is working to resolve the issue and will be pushing out the fix tomorrow afternoon.

In the meantime, we have found that it is a setting on your browser - our suggestion would be to use an alternative browser until this issue is fixed.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

I normally use Internet Explorer but can now access Caringbridge on Firefox.

I was also having a problem and went to different browsers and no luck. Just happened to check the forum and lo and behold, you ladies were ahead of me looking for a solution. Thanks to all. I met Libby several times in the last few years and she is truly one of a kind. I am so so happy that she is on the long road to recovery. I pray for her and her beloved family every night. God Bless.

It looks as if Caringbridge have sorted the problem as I can now access the website from The update email via Internet Explorer as I used to :-)
