Iphone case tutorial

I have been asked to make a fabric case/cover for a friend's I-phone. I have made different little zipper bags and pouches using great picture tutorials from the Internet, but not being a person who designs things, but one who follows others' directions, could someone direct me to wherever I could get this type of pattern. It could be zipper, Velcro, or other closing. Perhaps to slide on a belt for college students. Hope someone can give me some direction.

Tip: check the size of the iPhone before you start sewing, the iPhone 5 is longer than iPhone 4...
