Are you hoping for a lightweight iron, Anne ;-)

Well hey, at least you don't have to worry about your irons spitting water at you!!

And think of all the muscles you are building; and heating the house while you heat the irons.

                Ritzy,
I need to heat the house as it is freezing here in the UK, I've got my thermals on

Same here Anne. DH and I have really been feeling it the past few days. And colder to come over the weekend too. Brrrrrr!

Sounds like time for some vin brulé or at least espresso corretto (with grappa) in the UK and Ireland! I can't believe that we are having about 60 degree weather most of this week in the Washington, DC area. I would really like that cup of hot cocoa... but with this weather it's not happening! Not sure whether to be happy or sad... I guess I'll be happy!

Please don't send those irons to me, Santa. I used those as a kid and now here in southern Texas it is 92 degrees F. under our awning. So I do not need any more "heat" today!!!!!! Wish I could send some your way in the UK and Ireland but have never figured that out. I got a golf cart so I can run around the park when dh has the car so I guess Santa has already arrived here. About five yards of Ricky's hand dyes are on my Santa list but will probably have to order and pay for them myself. Hugs, Ann

That sounds like a good present Ann.

Please Santa send me an iron that doesn't need me around when it's ironing :P

Santa, I want what Wendy is having, please.

You may recall me mentioning how a couple of years ago DH asked me what I would like for Christmas? To which I responded that I would love it if he would clear out the basement so that we could make it into the kids den. (All his stuff from his mother's house and his uncles house.) I got a MacBook instead! Lovely present and all but not what I had asked for. This week, DH has been frantically clearing out the basement - he even did some painting and carpentry today!!! Now I am wondering what I will get for Christmas this year?

Hope you get what you want, Rita.

                              Or...maybe it's going to be a ping-pong table?
