I'm trying. I can't spread out too much cause it's a small room, and has to be multi-purpose. I would love to have my own sewing room, but our house just won't accommodate that. But, a person can dream! Thanks for the encouragement. More pictures soon!

Thanks so much. It's definitely a work in progress...I've had other sewing projects going, and so I've had to move the quilt project aside temporarily, but I hope to get it back on my set up board later today so I can begin more hand piecing. When I get this one finished, I plan to begin a quilt honoring my Revolutionary War ancestor that was killed in the Battle of King's Mountain in South Carolina. This quilt is a challenge quilt commemorating the Civil War. As I have two sons, two quilts would be good to have so they can remember our family's story.
