Some one I know is having trouble with JANOME 1100 BOBBIN CASE ... will not do a straight stitch well. Won't machine quilt well. Anyone else having difficulty.
The dealer where she lives in Florida is also giving her problems as he has never fixed the problem... wont honor the warrenty and wont send it back to the manufacturer.
Has anyone else had problems with Janome 1100 / there Janome dealer? -
I own two Janome's,a embroidery memory craft janome and a mid arm janome. I've never ever had trouble with my dealer.
I've have had both machines about 6 years. Both are great machines but I want a long arm
After 6 years of heavy use I have had to replace my BOBBIN CASE in the memory craft. They do wear over heavy use even though its metal. They will get to loose and it will not sew worth didley once the bobbin case wears. After years of bobbins spinning in the case they do wear the bobbin case. I bought my bobbin case at Paducah quilt show. After I replace my bobbin case it worked beautifully once again I believe the bobbin case cost around 50.00.
If the machine is under warrenty still they should honor it! My dealer has been great even though my warrenty has ran out.
