Looking for pattern from 2000

I bought a kit at a garage sale for the Mini Vintage Pinwheels in the July/August 2000 issue of Fons & Porter's Love of Quilting. I haven't been able to locate an old issue. It has a red and white quilt on the cover.

Does anyone have a copy of that pattern?
