    Dear LadyRags,

As we are still currently airing Series 3 shows, look for the DVD's of Series 3 in the spring of 2009. We work very hard to have the DVD's ready as soon as possible.

Oh Anna, as impatient as always! How about sending a letter to Santa:

"Dear Santa! Please, send all your elves to TQS straight after the Christmas rush to help with the Series 3 DVD........"

In the meantime I suggest you make nice big and complicated quilts or bake cookies for Christmas.

Oh but they will be worth your wait. I am sorry that you are unable to view the videos from your computer. I have really enjoyed all the series.

How did you like series 1 and 2 lady rags?

Loved one and two learning alot from them all.... My new vice is watching quilting DVDs... I have all of Eleanor Burns... all of Fons and Porter... most of C&T publishing at home with the Experts... I figure if my hubby can get SEASON tickets for hockey / football and basketball.... I can get quilting DVDs.

Yes I am impatient... but I usually put my LESSONS to work in my various projects.

I wish they would release Alex Anderson Simply Quilts on DVD... I would buy them in a heart beat.

Dummies could make a mint from quilters if they did.

BTW Lorchan... cookies are too fatting and go against the rules my cardiologist and nutritionist gave me... If I bake them I want to eat them so I am being a good girl and just dreaming of DVDs and quilting.

Ah well, Anna, if baking Christmas cookies is no good then you just have to keep piling up those quilting dvds.

This is and email I got from Alex after several exchanges. We were discussing impact of DIAL UP and getting access to TQS..

I thought I would pass it on to everyone so we will have an idea of when the next DVD might be available. I can hardly wait...

Dear Anna - Yes, this is an issue for many quilters....<sigh> . In answer to your question, I just got off the phone with Ricky and we are hoping late Feb - early March. It takes a bit of time to get it ready for the DVD and then after that it takes another 3 weeks - so, that is the best news scenario -

Anna, have you tried to find a TQS member who lives in your area and is not on dial-up. You could meet to watch the programmes together.

I wonder if a library would allow someone to log on to the computers there and watch a show? I would think they would have high speed internet. Gloria
