It is Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada and I must say I am thankful for our TQS family. Margerita I am so happy to hear that your heart procedure was successful (my husband had the same thing 10 years ago and has been fine since then). Sharon, my heart breaks for you on the loss of your brother. You are in my prayers. Also praying for Dana and for other requests here.Deborah W

Last week Loren, my dear husband, went for an MRI on his lower back. He has had a lot of pain and numbness and weakness in his leg. The results say 3 bulging disks and one vertebra out of place. They said there really isn't too much that can be done for the bulging disks so I guess we are asking for a miracle. Thanks folks, I appreciate your willingness and faithfulness in praying.Lotti, Kuessnacht - Switzerland

Sharon, I am so sorry for your loss. I pray you know God's presence and comfort during these hard days.
If I may, I'd like to ask again for prayer. My surgery has been scheduled for this Friday, the 18th. I have pre-op testing tomorrow. I have found a surgeon who is actually considering a partial, rather than a total removal of the colon, so I hope the surgery goes that way. But I'm good now about it all, due I'm sure to the many prayers and good wishes of many, including this TQS family. Thank you so much. Bless you for your caring hearts and the desire to express your concern. I am a very blessed ***lady. And, an over comer - by His grace!
***(Ha! I was going to type 'young lady!), but then realized that many people would not consider me 'young', ...but...I really am on the inside!

Ritzy, what about surgery? Can he get them fused? I have problems with my left leg, going to see a neuro surgeon next week, so I can sympathize. I will keep you both in prayer.Originally posted by ritzyLast week Loren, my dear husband, went for an MRI on his lower back. He has had a lot of pain and numbness and weakness in his leg. Terrie, sending up prayers for a successful outcome on Friday.
A few weeks ago, I asked for your prayers for our son and his wife to resolve their marriage. Well, our DIL has decided to go forward with a divorce. I'm asking now for all you prayer warriors to keep our son and our grandson in your prayers. It's going to be a rough road, Tyler's only 4 yrs old.
