I haven't posted for a long time, I have been generally doing well but a week ago Saturday, I fell in the motor home and bruised my ribs, lucky for me there are no broken or cracked bones, but the pain has been some of the worst in my life (and I have had some pretty bad ones). I went to the emergency room last Wednesday - which they confirmed nothing was broken - but even with some pretty heavy duty pain meds, the pain is still pretty intense and I am down to two doses of the meds. So I saved one for tonight so I can get some sleep and for tomorrow night for the same reason. I hate taking heavy duty medications, so tylenol is my pain choise. I am coming up on two weeks with the only granddaughter so I need to be healthy and able to keep up with a fourteen year old and her Mom. We do not stay with them so I will have time to rest but I need to feel better than I do now.

I know prayers work so please pray for me. Life is good. and

Kaylnn, I agree with Ritzy, it's time for a culture so they know what infectious process they are dealing with. There are some pretty scary bugs out there now that we have used antibiotics so long. I know you don't want to be a worrier, but if a dentist said what he said, I'd be headed for a MAJOR hospital and an infectious disease specialist if I didn't have a trusted source available. Have you called and talked to the dentist you know and like? I'd do that TODAY! See what he recommends. Get his help! (I'm an NP and don't want to scare you unnecessarily, but this needs attention.)
