Wanted to give you all an update on Dalton. He is out of ICU and was able to get outside for some fresh air. He told a relative to "not waste your prayers on me I Am Fine. Pray for my platoon still over there". We are all so glad he is making such remarkable progress and know that it is because of all of the prayers for him. Please keep Dalton and 2nd Platoon, B-Co, 4-23 Infantry in your prayers. They all certainly need them.
Brandi and I are going down to San Antonio on Tuesday to visit everyone before my sister and her husband go home.

Frances, thanks for the update. Dalton must be a remarkable young man! I will add his platoon to my prayer list. We should all pray for all our service men and women regularly, but i must admit I forget. Isn't that horrible! They risk everything for us and I can't remember to pray for them every day. Hoping to change that about myself. Thanks to Dalton for reminding us.

Eileen, That's great news about Keri. I was just going to email you to enquire how she is doing. Kalynn as you say, Dalton sounds a remarkable young man to be putting his needs aside for his felow brothers in arms. Praying for all those listed here and their families.

Thank you, Frances, for the update on Dalton. What a remarkable young man he is! Am praying for him, his 2nd Platoon, B-Co, 4-23, and all of our military men and women worldwide. God speed their safe return home. Am also praying for Dalton's family and everyone else on this Prayer List.
Hugs,
Shirley

I'm reminded again to send a heartfelt Thank You to each and everyone of you who have been lending your
support to my family and I during this sad time ! This teens' family is on the path of healing and we all will be
helping as we can...talk with your teens ! And listen !...they know how to tell you what you want to hear, not
what you need to hear.

Marilyn I am so sorry for the heartache your family is going through. My brother passed away on May 31 just nine months to the day after losing his wife, he was only 61 it was a massive heart attack the doctors believe he was gone before the paramedics got there. I haven't been able to share this with you it makes it so real I needed to live in my denial for awhile. Joan
