Linda Praise the Lord that your daughter has found a friend who can give her support and keep her doing things that can raise her spirits. At a different time in my life, I was seriously in the dumps about a life situation. A friend who had even worse events in her life came over when I needed a boost (or a kick in the pants depending on your point of view) and it helped so much. The Good Lord sends us the right people at the right time if we just open our souls to them.
Rachel, prayers are always there for you and I am adding your siblings and parents to my list. Good luck with your battle with Social Security. and good luck with your law suit. The retirement RV life is good (if you can find good doctors on the way and if not you just battle through anyway!!!!LOL) Just know lots of people care about you .
Tomorrow and Thursday are iron infusion #4 and 5 of the ten but get to spend the night with DD and DGD so that is a bonus. And then only five more and a few days of rest and we are off to LaVeta. Whoo Hoooo!!!!!!

This reminded me of the sermon in your church. Today a little boy named Levi gave Cecille a home made cross he had made of pencils,"isn't that sweet/Cute". They have been bus buddies since last year preschool now thier both in Kindergarden. He didn't know Cecille had surgery. Her mommy Trisha called me about the little crush,I told her it may last through many years. 5 years old Cecille told her mommy she wants his phone # so she can call him to come over to play! Pete and I knew each other since 4.
I couldn't agree with you more on this, you wrote:
nothing hurts more than seeing ones you love in pain (physical or emotional) Family, friends, and strangers that pass by
You all are all in my prayers, "we all carry crosses" with much Love in our hearts.
Blessings to you everyone,Hugzzz Kathy

I am so glad that Lisa broke down on just the right person. Therapy is great but friends are better and groups like this are the best. I belonged to a mommy and me group a long time ago and that was the best medicine any Dr could have ever given me.
Ann keep pumping that iron we need you strong
Kathy don't you just love kids and how they say things? They let us know if we are doing a good job in such a funny way.
Sending out love to all having a good day in NY

More good news today. Went to the ortho for a follow-up on my ankle. Haven't had PT since last Wed because of the infection in my side. The ankle is much better which I've noticed in the last week. Dr. says I don't need more PT, just start using it more and start gradually ramping up what I do. If I start having problems again, back off and if it doesn't get better come back in and see him. So I'm happy with that.

Have to add some of my favorite sayings/signs from the flea market to the list.
"it is ok to write in my dust, just don't date it"
"if you came to see me come in you are Welcome, if you came to see the house, make an appointment."
and this one
"Two choices for dinner, Take it or Take me out"
Ann - this is what I learn working for a sign maker!!!!!!

The one on my fridge is an old Peanuts strip (the date on it is 2/16/02). It is Charlie Brown and another of the kids walking along. Charlie says "My grampa says that when he was small, and got sick, the doctor gave him baby aspirin..." "Last week his cardiologist told him he should take one baby aspirin every day..." "Grandpa says that somehow he has the feeling he's not getting anyplace.."
And another -- If you see someone without a smile, give him one of yours.
Prayers go out for all of you.
