    This is the version of the quilt that I hope to do someday for my guest room. I simplified the borders I wanted to do and changed the ones I didn't. I found the center medallion in EQ and modified it slightly. I wanted a touch of modern to go with the Inspire Shower Curtain in the guest bath. With the larger block pieces I will save about one third of the fabric requirements and the sewing will go much faster. The quilt will be slightly larger measuring about 88". For now it will go in my drawer of hopefuls. No time for new large projects right now.

        This is just a great thread and Annis - what a wonderful job on the quick EQ work! You are a pro!

        I sure like your idea of trying out other colors and the larger blocks, less piecing idea. I love quilting and that would even give more play areas. Makes the BOM seem a bit possible. Another one on the To-do list. LOL!
