        Thank you all. Quilt is complete and great grand baby has arrived. I would post a picture but can't see where to do that. You were all very helpful.

          You can post a picture right here!
          When you hit "postreply", there is this box where you can write. At the bottom, you will see 2 tabs, one is "upload attachment". Click on it, and then "browse" to find your picture on your computer, then click on "add the file". Once it is uploaded, you can "place it online".

          I would love to see your quilt!

                            Marci Baker has a great easier pattern. Not sure of her site but you can google Marci Baker. I made this quilt for a great grand child. Nan in chilly upstate New York.

                              Not only is the Forum a great place to get info, instruction, or all kinds of advice, but we love to ooh and aaah over each others work. What a lovely quilt! Its just so calm, restful and cosy looking. Thanks for posting!
