Family operated businesses can be tricky.
The perception is that it has Sharon Schamber's approval since it has her video's on it. Neil had to get them from her or Gene since he does the video taping.
All I can say is thank goodness for honesty with TQS.

When the site was up and running we had a choice of downloading everything. Wish I had done that. She still has a lot of classes on utube. Don't know what the problem is but wish her the best. She is a dear of a person. So sorry for us and them that there are problems. I think she is going digitized with the vanderludens. Bought the prodigy it will soon arrive.

Update - this past week more videos were downloaded and some with patterns! However the patterns I have asked about have not appeared on the site and Neil has not responded to my questions. I'm letting it go.

I found some wonderful embroidery module in-the-hoop quilting designs by Sharon you can purchase on Cristy's site. You can also buy many of the videos that were on the network individually. It's a real shame. That was a wonderful site until something, whatever it was, happened about two years ago. i fortunately did download everything I had access to before the blow up, but I wouldn't buy it again unless they fix it and run it fixed for a sustained period of time. I don't think it's Sharon. I think it's something to do with her son who [poorly] runs the network site. Nevertheless, it's a big disappointment since I learned so much from Sharon's videos back when the site worked.

Just a thought. If you paid by credit card and have not received what was promised, can't you challenge it through the credit card company and let them deal with Neil? Just a thought.

Don't know Sharon but learned about her issues with this website through her other son who taught her how to do patterns on her computer years ago. Why not ask the computer wizard to fix the problems. Why ignore his offers to assist and help people who have been scammed. Seems quilting is all there is to do during lockdown. Quinn Michaels is live on youtube waiting for Sharon to respond right now.
