Searching for quilter Nancy Donahue

I am looking for contact information on Nancy Donahue. She wrote the book "Butterflies" (copywrite 1982, Patchwork Patterns.) The California phone number listed in the book is no longer in service and the quilt store she taught at, Calico Corner Quilt Shop, apparently is out of business. Google searches only bring up links to purchase her books. Any help in tracking her down would be apprecated. I would like permission to use one of her patterns.

Can I just check with you that Patchwork Patterns is the actual book Publisher as I have never heard of a Publishing company by that name.

I was also wondering if it could have been Patchwork Place instead of Patchwork Patterns.

The copywrite in the book lists Patchwork Patterns, 1982. It looks like she self-published. Thanks for the replies. Someone, somewhere out there knows where Nancy Donahue is! (-:
