    Dimensional Pinwheel Quilt

Hi, Somewhere in the forum (I think) I saw a fourpatch quilt that had the points sewn into the seams to give it the look of pinwheels.
Anyone know where I an find it?
    Thank You,

I don't remember a dimensional Pinwheel but here is a link to a video of Ricky's dimensional Flying Geese block that is made with just one seam. Could that be the technique you are thinking about?

      Hi Margo,
No that isn't the one. All I saw was a picture. It looked like prairie points that were sewn into the seams of a four patch to form a pinwheel. I should just try it, It looks pretty simple. I will look up how to make the prairie points and go from there.
      Thanks

I think instead of taking the 3-d patch to make a goose shape... you take the raw edge and bring it to lower edge so that it forms the blade of a pinwheel...The fold is still free and all the raw edges are incased in the seams.... YOu sew 4 of the blocks together so they spin and form the pinwheel. ...

        HOpe this helps
