Lorra, I used my Accuquilt Go! Cutter, and cut a lot of fused prewashed fabrics for the flowers and leaves. I then used Superior Thread's clear Monopoly, and did a very small zig-zag stitch around most of the edges. I did a blanket stitch around all of the circles, and hand embroidered the small stems. Lots of fun! And, thanks everyone for your kind comments on the row. Quilting is my passion!
Terrie, love the kids in the snow picture! Wish I was young again! My "playing in the snow" consists of shoveling. But, I enjoy the small amount I need to do, after the property management takes care of the bulk of it.

Hello dear rowers. Like Dawn mentioned, my dear mom passed away unexpectedly a couple of weeks ago, after being sick for a few days and an emergency surgery. Unfortunately the post surgery care wasn't done properly, leading to her death. I just came back from Mexico where I attended her funeral and helped my dad with some of her unfinished businesses. I'm hoping that quilting would help to make the pain of her departure a little bearable.
Thank you Dawn, Dorothy, Jen, and Barb for your condolences.
Rosemarie, I apologize for being late with your row. I'll get it ready and mailed as soon as possible.
What beautiful rows you all have been making!
Thank you Luann for the pretty fabric row. Love it.

Thank you Terrie for the gorgeous batik fabric. Love it too.

Terrie, I got a package from Quebec yesterday! My DH was actually just up that way last week....I don't know the actual city, but he flew into Stes Isles or something like that (then drove near an hour, and he never told me the name of wherever he ended up....it was a trip for work). So, while your package was making its way here, he was also making his way home. Such a coincidence!
Lovely beach/water inspired fabric to coordinate with my rows --- the photo doesn't do it justice, at all; the colors are much prettier in person. Thank you!

There are some beautiful rows showing up on here - sorry I am not naming names.
Terrie thank you for the great fabrics, what is really good about them is that I will be able to use them to make the cuffs to fit without worry. :cheer:
Limbania, I don't yet know the pain that you are going through, the sheer quantity of 'missing' that you are feeling, but be sure that I/we are holding you in our hearts and willing you to have the strength to move through your loss.

Yes, Limbania, adding my hugs & prayers, too. I have lost my much-loved stepMom, but not my actual mom....I cannot imagine the level of pain that would bring. Allow yourself to grieve in whatever manner, for however long, is needed. ((((hugs))))
