Limbana - so sorry to hear of your mother. My thoughts are with you

Barb your piecing looks great! So was this essentially "paper piecing" on a muslin foundation? I've not seen this before.

Limbana - I too am sorry to hear re your Mom. Sending positive thoughts your way!
Wendy, Rosemary, Dorothy, Heather and Jen - Thank you for the compliments on Marilyn's row. As Marilyn mentioned it's 'flip and stitch' sewn on muslin foundation squares.
Jen - yes you could paper piece but then you'd need to remove the paper. Bonnie Hunter has a tutorial of this method ("String Quilting") on her web page: http://www.quiltville.com.

Marilyn's row is wonderful! And, I received her row to me in yesterday's mail. I will take a picture of it later today. It is perfect! And, it is signed and dated with the year "TQS Row Robin 2016". I think I will do that also on all of the rows that I send out.

And, here is my row from Marilyn....

It is paper pieced on Stable Stuff, and done really well! Each block has 21 pieces. The snow is a glittery fabric, so I'm thinking Marilyn knows me well! :cheer: I truly love it! It is now hanging on my design wall next to the snowmen that Luann made.

And, it is snowing right now. One of my happy days!

                  Dawn/Marilyn - I love the trees!

I did receive from Lotti, 'cus I was first on her list, and I did receive from Luann, because she is super organized. I will post pics soon. I am not super-organized.

Marilyn, lovely trees! Those are really nice!

And, I'm with Marilyn. Would everyone sign their row when the they send it to me? I didn't sign mine to Lotti. Lotti, you can sign my name and date it if you want.

                      This is fun!

Marilyn, your trees are wonderful. All of you are doing great. It would be fun to get the pkgs in the mail but it's fun to see them emerge here too. I look forward to more. Keep up the good work.
