Ranae Allen's video tech. problems

I have been watching Ranae's video, but had problems with the playing. When the DVD gets to one hour, 20 min. and about 50 seconds the vidio snaps back to the beginning. When I try to force it to play where it stopped, it always went back to the start of the show. I recall this happened on another show and someone on your side was able to correct the problem. I am not sure if this is the place to mention this problem, but hope someone is watching and will correct this.
