Getting a late start. . .but, started I am!!!
Fabrics: (This is where I usually stall out!) Time will tell if there is enough value difference between fabric 3 & 4.

More stitching to come!!!! I've never made a medallion quilt; but, this is fun!

Terry your quilt is coming along nicely. I like the fall feel of it.

I finished January's clue yesterday. I wasn't able to get on line with TQS yesterday. Not sure where the problem was. In any case, here are my log cabin blocks. I haven't sewn them in pairs yet as I'm not sure if l might have the backgrounds together or not. I'll wait until I see what goes with them. This is just two sides. I have all 24 made.

I cut each piece of the log cabin blocks. It takes a lot more time, but is so much more accurate. My blocks all came out 6 1/2" each. Yay!

Well, today starts the craziness at my home. My son, dau-in-love and Victorina Rose arrive today. My mom will be here also, which brings it's own wonderful stresses! Tomorrow my 2 year old grandson will come stay with us while his mom, my daughter, goes to hospital to have Dylan. Please keep her in your thoughts. I hope all goes well. My sis-in-love is also coming to stay tomorrow also. It will be a crazy, loving time.

                Take care, geneva

The external version worked and Dylan was born without a c section on Wednesday. It was a little scary for awhile but mom and baby are fine.

I am enjoying the family time. I'm tired! But so happy and so blessed.

I am in so much love!!! All these grandbabies!
