    I took an online class for the 1st time on crazy quilting with ribbon embroidery and embellishments.

                  That's really well done! So nice and precise! I took a couple of classes from Judith Baker Montano last year at Houston Festival. I find that hand work like that is very calming, with such a pretty reward! Thank you for sharing!

                      Thank you all for the wonderful compliments. The teachers name is Kathy Shaw. I originally met her yrs ago on the HGTV message board, when Alex was on Simply Quilts . This is the first time I have ever taken class with crazy quilting embroidery and ribbon work. I do find it very relaxing .

                      Kathy gave us so much information and referred us to some teaching videos, she also has a book out Embellishing Crazy Quilts ! and she is also so encouraging.
                      I am going to have this framed, it is a belated gift for my daughter who turned 30 earlier this month.

                        AuntJo, I am sure your daughter will love it. I do some basic embroidery, but would love to do this. I will look into Kathy Shaw. Thanks for showing your work. It is soooo pretty.
