Anyone know if they will post a winner's list for this show? I keep going on the website and all I see are the 2012 show winners. I was pleased that my quilt came home today - along with a show book - I was disappointed though there weren't written judges comments in the box or any reference to the winners. Also, previous shows sent home the description cards along with the quilt. Is this something that Road to California just doesn't do? This was my first time entering this show!
In my email letting me know that I did not win anything LOL they told me just a few of the showcase winners, but after looking through the book I see there were only eight entries in the miniature quilt division - so now I REALLY want to know who won! LOL

Valerie, when I contacted Road about my lack of receiving an email, they did say that email was the only way to receive judges comments. My quilt also arrived today safe and sound. One of these days I am going to invent a way to record comments at shows to insert in my quilt.
How is the pregnancy going, no offense, glad its you and not me, whew, way past those days now.

Thank you Barb - the show book is really neat, I am happy to receive one. I wonder why they don't include the comment cards or judges comments. I do save them. I will print out the email though and put it with my other comments.
Sharon - no offense taken and some days I wonder what I have gotten myself into! This is my fourth baby so I'm probably holding up a lot better this time than with previous ones...I have quilts and three other kiddos to keep me occupied! If anything I don't get quite the love I did with the last three - people are kind of like, "oh, it's you, and you're pregnant again" LOL! Baby has been moving a lot so that has been very fun and exciting...the morning sickness part is over so now I look forward to that Mommy baby belly bonding time.
Glad you also received your quilt back today. I was still really happy to be in this show. Wish I weren't all the way in Ohio so I could attend! I had wanted to go to the NQA show in Columbus...and then I saw it moved!!!!!!!! Now there isn't much at all in Ohio! We need a good show out here!
