    HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all the TQS community who celebrate in the USA and beyond. We don't celebrate this in Ireland so it's just a normal, but very frosty morning here. Enjoy your day whatever you choose to do with it. :cheer:

Hope you are all having a great THANKSGIVING across the pond as Rita says just a ordinary day for us on the other side , although we are having a lovely red and orange sunset in North Wales at the moment and thankfully no snow as yet like may of you seem to be having. I am off to Cornwall for a couple of weeks so fingers crossed for decent weather, hope to be walking along the beaches watching the waves even if we have to wear many layers of clothing to keep warm.

Hope everyone has had a great time and not too much turkey, from a very dank and dreary Yorkshire.

                      Rita,
Your Frosty Garden is beautiful! What is the pink flower?

From the Blue Ridge in Virginia, where it is very cold and raining - but very warm inside after baking pies and turkey.

Hi Judith. The pink flower is a hydrangea that doesn't realize that it's not supposed to be flowering now.

Thank you, Rita. I never would have guessed.
It would make a lovely pink photo quilt, with icy white thread-painting around the petal edges.
