Wow Geneva, what a fabulous quilt! I really love everything about it. Congratulations on starting the new year with such a success. So I guess that means that you will be making about 2 a month from now on.

Geneva, I think this is a great place to post your first finish. I love it. I think it's a great quilt. I think I should have made a resolution to make some quilts that don't take forever to finish. Besides that when you look at the design it's so peaceful and calm. Makes you understand the expression that less is often more. Thanks for sharing.

I turned out wonderful! I love what I can see of the quilting! I, too, would love to see a close-up if you have one.

Geneva, it's lovely! What is the name of the Debbie Mum pattern? I have some batiks that would look great made that way.

Here's my first finish for 2015 from a class I took in the fall last year.

Great job Beverly, really like your project. Looks like the class was a success.

                  Wonderful finishes, Geneva and Beverly.

I love the colors and geometric design of your quilt, Geneva. From what I can tell, the quilting is straight line and sometimes decorative stitch on a diagonal? Would you tell us what you did there?

Beverly, must be nice to get a class project finished, especially one that takes so much attention to detail. Great job!

Looking good, everybody! I haven't finished anything yet in 2015, but I'm making progress. My Bonnie Hunter Grand Illusion mystery top is pieced, and it's under the needle of my Bernina 440, as I am making headway in trying to do an all-over feather meander with hooked feathers, based on those from Sally Terry's "Hooked on Feathers." So far, so good. I've started in the middle of this 94" square quilt, knowing that will be the hardest part, just so I can work toward the easier sections!

I quilt large my large quilts on my Bernina also. Your quilting looks great.
