Audrey, I don't know what kind of image you have in mind, but if you do a Google search for "Coloring Book Three Kings" there are lots of free images available there and maybe you can find one you can work with.

I know that http://www.paperpanache.com/ has a nativity scene - she might have a Three Kings one as well.

Thanks to Margo and Rosemary, I found several pictures and am able to enlarge one to do an applique picture.
        Thanks once again.

Colouring books are a great aid for appliqué. I have quite a collection of them and they are all well used. Google is certainly an inspiration...just ask my grandson who had to answer questions on The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost! He is 14 and looooves the poem...but recalling assonance, alliteration, similes, metaphors and personification was bad enough without having to apply them! Google is our BFF!

Question during an English lesson (Year eight) a few weeks ago: "Finney, what is alliteration?"......... "It's when you can't read or write, Sir!" The teacher and I found it difficult to keep a straight face.
