      You should be, it's lovely. I think your background color placement, choices, and quilting is terrific! And I agree, Alex is a wealth of information and very generous to share her quilting knowledge and passion.

              Finally finished this project. Al the applique is hand stitched. Then hand quilted and embellished. So glad this is done.

                SueGee, The embellishments really add a whole extra level. Love the ladybugs, butterflies and beads. One of these days I am
                going to have to try hand quilting. Yours looks great. HelenW
