I want it! Some obstacles.
I have a Mac too and I also have to get and learn a picture editing program. Watching what all of you do with this party game may provide me with the motivation to get with doing and learning how to use a picture editing program. I will party another way. Meantime it is the communion quilt.   Still!!! Lois

Of course, it's the fun! I guess my left brain poked up. Actually, I've never used a photo programme, so not even sure if I can play! My friend's BD is tomorrow also, and her first daughter. I've asked them over for some 'tea', I'm gonna try to do it the British way with scones and stuff on a tiered plate. Lorchen, you are welcomed to join us I'll put out a plate in your honour!

Rita to pass it on, jut post the completed picture so we can see what you have done, then the next person can right click on your offerings.
BTW for everyone with macs - your on your own as to how your computer works
Terri, if you are with Windows you can join in using Paint (it should be under 'Accessories', from 'All Programmes'),just remember to change the name slightly when you save it.
How long to play? I would suggest until the end of Lorchan's birthday party, that is Sunday evening, and we have already started  .
Everyone who gets to add a bit is a winner. (By the way when I wrap pass the parcel for my DD's party's I usually stop counting after 20+ layers, one year it took us 2 sittings to get to the middle   )

Terri, I am very fond of afternoon tea myself. Cucumber sandwiches (cut into fingers without the crusts), scones with strawberry jam and whipped cream. As for the malt - on this side of the ocean it means whiskey as in a single malt - and yes a shot in the tea would do nicely.
Rosemary, I got the photo onto my desktop - manipulated it so that it was distorted like an hour glass but when I tried to upload it back onto the forum it wouldn't accept it!
So you will have to consider my turn over and passed on.

Was it saved as a 'jpg' file after your manipulation? sometimes when you play with pictures you need to check what format it is saved as. This forum only likes jpgs - I should know, after I did some editing a while back and saved it, it was saved as a 'bitmap', it took me ages to find out why I couldn't up-load it (& to find out where to change the file type  )Originally posted by ReetzbobeetzTerri, I am very fond of afternoon tea myself.
