How to store my Bernina presser feet?

I'm having a hard time keeping these little guys in a handy place. I've purchased more presser feet and now need help storing them all without having to go digging for them. What do you use to keep them organized? Thanks.....Connie in California

I use a small plastic box from a craft store. I has dividers to keep each foot separate. A fishing lure box would work too.

Another vote for the plastic storage box with dividers. Keeps everything neat and safe, easy to find. Also use a small one for needles, all sorted by size and type. I sound so organized, but the truth is, my studio is a dangerous place!! ops:

The little hanging box that came with the Bernina that's designed to keep the feet in. I have two now and you can reconfigure the inside.

I have seen some patterns (can't remember where) that you can make using fabric and clear vinyl to create pockets for all your feet. You can make something to mark each one so you know what it is. It was similar to a roll up jewelry case... so you can make it any size you wanted. I haven't done it yet, but I really need to find something to not only organize my feet, but to label them so I know what I have. And now I have two different brands of machines, so need to keep track of the feet for both of them. It was easier when both my machines were the same brand and used the same feet.

I found a 30 drawer plastic cabinet generally used for storing nails, screws & other small hardware items. Each drawer will comfortably hold 2 of the C & D type Bernina presser feet. It can be mounted very easily on the wall. Like my namesake, Libby, I labeled the front of each drawer. I have it mounted near my machine so that I can just swivel my chair and select the foot. I found that I forgot what presser feet I had when I stored them in the drawer. ops:

hmmm....I guess I need to get busy and buy some feet! Tell me what some of your fav feet are that don't come standard with the machines? I have a couple extra..but not 30. I'm having feet envy here.  Sandi in (it is not snowing here) FL

Kinda like shoes! I love taking a class where I can learn a technique that makes me buy the new foot. Collect 'em all, as they say on those commercials for kids. LOL Just got the circle attachment after seeing Libby Lehman demonstrate (also I'll be taking a 5 day class w/her at Asilomar), NEEDED the pintuck foot (or 2!) after watching Ricky demonstrate his cording technique. For me, it's just great fun. I'm here in "about to get our first real snowfall and it'll be a whopper" Michigan, hoping to escape tomorrow to Orlando (meeting, not Mickey).

Thanks for your suggestions. I took a presser foot with me for sizing and went to Walmart and found a perfect plastic container with a lid and handle. It had 21 compartments and my presser foot fit perfectly inside. I had purchased a labeling machine after watching Libby's show. I have labeled everything in my sewing room which makes it so much easier to find things and also put them away. I now have a perfect place for my Bernina presser feet. However, I have three empty compartments and you know what that means! Connie in California

Just don't buy that binding foot...it's two parts and WAY, WAY too expensive. Even my dealer balked at ordering it for me. I was so taken by Nina's video I thought it would be a perfect addition to my collection. I gave that one a miss but I do have the circular attachment. I am also a kitchen gadget junkie... ops:

I LOVE that circular attachment!!! I keep my feet in the attachment box that came with my 435 and actually can attach to the machine back. I wish that box had room for the circular attachment, walking foot and BSR! I'll have to improvise like you guys have.

After I saw Libby show the circular attachment, I want one! I haven't been near a Bernina store since then. How much are they? I tried to get one at the Bernina booth at Road to CA but they didn't have any.
