TGIF!!!!!
Altho I have to work today - took Tues & Wed off, so now I have to pay! Still those days off were so much fun - dd1 flew in Sat afternoon and boy did we get a lot of wedding things done! Found her wedding shoes, had her first fitting, had her hair/makeup trial run, met with the dj and venue, picked out the cake, saw the movie "Bridesmaids" (hilarious if you like crude humor) and found my Mother of the Groom dress - still looking for my Mother of the Bride one. If I don't find something, I may wear the same dress for both - didn't really want to but...... Took her up to the airport yesterday morning - does it ever get any easier seeing them leave???? Back to work yesterday afternoon - made really good progress on the piles on my desk, so today shouldn't be too stressful. This weekend is graduation weekend and we only have 4 parties to go to - one I'm helping with so I'll be there the whole time and will miss one of the others - dh will have to hit that one alone. Then we pack up dd2 to move her back up to St. Cloud (3 hours away). I'm working, so dh will have this load himself. I offered to take the day off and go along - I feel weird about her moving and me not helping, but this way I can let the dogs out too, so they don't have a long, long day in their kennels.
I am looking forward to getting back at my machine too - dd1 was sleeping in my sewing room/ds's bedroom, so couldn't work on anything. I need to finish the last of my BOM for tomorrow morning, then get back at dd/dsil's wedding quilt. She loves it so far and so do I. It's really going to be a push to finish this one and quilt them both before the kids are all here in early July. Wish me luck!!!
What's everyone else up to??
Hugs,

I spent the whole day at the school for the end of the year party. It was a lot of work, but a lot of fun watching the kiddos have so much fun along with the staff at school. A great day for the dunk tank, and the principal was such a great sport. I need to get ready for my DD's 4th birthday party, but I must admit tonight after the whole day out in the sun and 90 degree weather i am just pooped. I think I am going to just watch a movie and cuddle with the little ones. I did get all the little purses made for the goodie bags, and I still have two more bean bags to make and then I will be all done. Have a great day everyone. Summer sure has shown up.
