We are getting out and voting around here today. It will be interesting to see how this goes with all the hoopla the last couple of months.
I didn't get a lot done yesterday as I was doing a lot of cleaning and PTO items. Probably more the same today excpet that I hope to go to the quilt show with my sister in law today.
The other exciting thing for our family today is that my brother who is a police officer gets awarded the medal of valor from his department. I believe he is one of four, but it is the first medal of valors they have ever given out. We are so very proud of him and excited for him to be recognized for the amazing work that he does. Especially on a day where we are voting and exercising our rights that people have laid down their lives for. I know I will probaby be crying as I am just so very very excited and proud of him.

Congratulations to your brother Stacey - what an honor! I've been putzing away at the wedding quilt. There's definite progress - yay! I would like to have both of them done by the July celebrations - we'll see. -
