ATC's are Artists Trading Cards, a bit like a business card with your name & address on it, but much more fun on the back - they can be any artwork or stitchery that you fancy that fits the 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" size (crumb quilts work well  ) they help you to track one another down after the event, but don't take up much space (or weight) to lug about a show when you could be carrying shopping

The red dots = the colour of the dots before the name of the thread if there are unread posts on that thread since you last looked - well it is on my 'puter.

Slight disaster - I cannot get the Friday off work so if I want to come it will have to be on the Saturday, and I won't be able to stop for very long into the evening (if there was anything happening in the evening to stop for...)

Very annoying! But I'm sure we can somehow work around it, Rosemary!

That's a shame Rosemary, but we look forward to seeing you on the Saturday.

                  I'm so happy
I will be going to the festival of quiltsfor 2 days....Thursday & Friday YIPPEE!
It's a kind of birthday present.
My Daughter is taking my husband and I up to Birmingham and after they have dropped me off at the NEC they will go out sightseeing. It's a year since my DH had a stroke and he has recovered well but he tires easily so it will be good for him to go about with our daughter.
I'm looking forward to meeting up with you all....Lorchen don't forget I owe you a coffee.
