    Denver National Quilt Festival 2013

I've entered and been juried in to the Denver National Quilt Festival before, but have never won any award until this year. This was a wonderful surprise for me. Why isn't TQS interested in this contest? I have been a Star member since the very beginning of TQS and am not one to toot my own horn, but I am really proud of my award: Best Colorado Wall Quilt. Sandy, there is a Smilebox of quilts from this show on the Daily Blog. Are you in it? I'd love to see your own picture. Please toot your own horn!

Yes Congrats are in order!! Please post a pic - we do want to see your winning quilt!

Perhaps in order for the powers that post to the Daily Blog with show and award info to actually keep track of all the shows and the winners, they need to get an email or see a posting here on the forum. I know that there are a boat load of wonderful local, regional and national shows nowadays, and I bet it would be hard to track them all. So go ahead and toot away!!

Ditto! I remember seeing a few of these when you first posted them, but it was lovely to look at them all. Your winning quilt is very special! Your mother must be smiling down on you.
