Quilt Colorado starts tomorrow and I am excited/distracted/excited/recovering from company and a cold...did I mention that I am excited and quite a bit distracted? :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
I am attending Wednesday through Saturday (there are events on Sunday, but I decided to rest instead!)
I am taking the Photoshop Elements workshop (lecture) with DAVID TAYLOR!!! See TQS episode 406. I had signed up for this in 2009 (at a different venue), but I had to cancel due to a death in the family...not this time! I KNOW that the workshop is FULL because I talked to someone who is #15 on the WAITING LIST.
I am also taking a 2-day workshop with Susan Carlson, "Cutting Loose." I saw her on this site (don't remember the episode number.)
Let's see...tomorrow I get to meet Sherry Reynolds and watch her win numerous awards (I'm not psychic, just aware that she has two quilts in the show.) Then TQS'rs (thanks to Sharon aka Sewengel) will meet on Thursday morning at eleven am in front of Sherry's quilt, "America Let It Shine" for a group photo. Whoo Hoo! I doubt that I am the ONLY person taking classes, but since I have a schedule to keep, I will pass on the group lunchops: .

Diane - I'm definitely looking forward to joining you and the others on Thursday! That's the only day I'm attending and no classes for me this round, but look forward to hearing about your classes!! I am really looking forward to this year CQC. I actually think my daughter might join us. Her hubby has plans that day, golf, I suppose and she wants to tag along. She likes looking at the quilts. I told her about the meet and greet. She can take pictures. LOL
