Update... I actually won a ribbon!! I got third place in the 1st AQS Entry, Small Wall category!! How exciting!!! Congrats Ann to getting your quilt juried in too, do you know how you did?? I hope you did well. However, everyone I've talked to reminded me that anyone who gets a quilt juried into Paducah is a winner, ribbon or not!! Thanks to everyone who posted suggestions. It's so wonderful to be part of a group that is so giving and so helpful. I feel like we all won!

            Congratulations Tammi!
That is wonderful and moment to be remembered always.
No, I didn't win anything but I really do think it is wonderful just to get a quilt juried in. I have received rejections and acceptances and being "in" is way better!

Congratulations, Tammy! A ribbon is wonderful. I didn't get one but my quilt will be there on display for everyone to enjoy--it will be great to see it hanging in the show. It's the quilts that make these shows so wonderful for the people who come so enter those shows! We want to see your quilts too!

Tammy, Congratulations on your ribbon. It gives you a great feeling. Enjoy, and keep entering quilt shows. I have only entered our local guild shows, have quite a few ribbons through the years.

Thanks so much everybody!! Yes, there is a picture in my profile. I called my quilt 'Cooked My Goose!'. It was made using Judy Niemeyer's pattern 'The Feathered Goose'. If you can't see it by looking at my profile, you may be able to find it with a quilt search. Thanks again everyone!

I've had "The Feathered Goose" pattern for several years and haven't gotten up the nerve to start on it. Your quilt is beautiful and congrats.
