    Wisconsin Quilt Expo

I see from the events calendar that there are about 20 of us planning to be at Quilt Expo. Does anyone want to meet? I will not be getting to Madison until Thursday afternoon, but Friday or Saturday late morning or noon might be nice. Bonnie

I'll be attending/volunteering, since it's only 20 miles from home. I'll be working as a quilt docent from 11:30 to 3:00 on Friday, but will likely be there both before and after those times. They're still looking for volunteers, so I may be back on Saturday. I've just completed and will be wearing a TQS nametag with my screen name, MaryRinWi. Hope to see you there!

Val and I will be there starting Friday at 11:30. We are going from the Sylvia's Wedding Quilt lecture to the sit and sew for the Batik Scrappy Stars class. We are going to stay at the Holiday Inn Express and start on Saturday with a class from 9:00 til noon with a lecture in the afternoon. Decided we signed up for sew much stuff that we won't have a chance to shop  I have to really look at our itinerary and see if there is a block of time where we could find the Superior thread booth and say hello. I will be doing the sit and sew with Sharon Rotz on Friday afternoon, the Friday evening special event with Jennifer Chiaverini, and the hands-on workshop on beading with Lisa Binkley on Saturday afternoon. Superior Threads has booths 231,232,233 this year so is on end of exhibit hall closer to the sit & sew workshops.
I don't have a nametag made up, but I do have my TQS pin.

We will be done at 4 with the sit and sew. We will stop at Superior threads at 4:30. Now I have to find where I put my TQS badge. I may just search and print it again. Gloria
