      So glad that you are home. It may be a wise thing to keep the boards up as there are 3 others out in the ocean. Hopefully you won't have to go back to the hotel. Get some sewing ready to take with you next time so you won't be so bored. Do you hand applique? If not, maybe now is the time to learn. Judy in AZ

        Nice pics Sherry, and NOW I know where your screen name came from! Maybe others knew it before and I was just dense, but really, that makes you some kind of royalty, huh? I'm not going to describe it here, the rest of ya'll will just have to go to her pics to see for yourself :lol:

          I had looked at the pictures but did not pick up on Sherry's name until you mentioned it. I got it. I am so happy you all survived with minimal damage and you are back home. What stress you and everyone on the coast must live through everytime a storm starts forming in the tropics. It is also amazing to me how far inland the rain goes.

              Re my screen name: I racked my brain for hours trying to come up with a screen name! This is the first place I ever needed one! The first few I tried were already taken-don't even remember what they were. I wanted something pretty anonymus. Not too many folks nationwide would recognize IP so...ipquilter. Now it really feels like a name. Is that normal?
