Ricky's Super Seminar - Glens Falls

If "Super" means first class, incomparable, outstanding and superlative, Ricky's seminar was all of that and more. Ricky, Alex and Libby do a simply outstanding job of presenting material that I'll be thinking about for a long time to come. It was well worth the seven hour drive to Glens Falls.

If you ever have the opportunity to attend one, don't hesitate. You won't be sorry.

    Louise,
I couldn't agree more!!! I'm sorry we didn't see each other. It took days to finally come down from the cloud I was on from watching the three of them and getting to meet John, Justin Pat and Jeff.
    WooHoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Louise, you are right! It is worth every minute of a long drive ( Glens Falls is 5 hours from me, in Maine) to attend the Seminar! What a plethora of knowledge "the Seminar team" have stored in their heads... And, it's wonderful that they have a way to share it with us...

And to have the extra added benefit of a thread workshop with Bob Purcell, the Superior thread guy. I don't think there is anything he doesn't know about thread!

We should have had a roll call here, on who was attending the Seminar. We could have met up!! (I did get to meet with EileenNY and Eileen (Equilter) on several occasions. They are totally fun!)

      Hugs,

I could not agree any more than I do! I attended Escondido in Jan of 07 and it was the most exhillariting, outstanding, educational, fun thing I have EVER done in the quilting world!

To anyone out there: YOU MUST GO IF YOU CAN SWING IT!

        You will never regret it!

I was there, along with some friends from the HGTV quilting forum I belong to as well. It was the best way to spend three days I can think of.......well, best QUILT RELATED way, anyway

I learned so much, even weeks later my head is still spinning with ideas. I have a few have-to-do things on my list, but there is definitely some thread play and some caveman quilting in my summer plans.
