I wanted to thank you for the film of Libby. She is a remarkable woman. I also wanted to praise you for your compassion when working with Libby. It takes a true friend to stick with someone when they become disabled. Thank you for getting her back into her sewing room. If she decides she no longer wants to quilt, that is okay. She has made the "one more quilt", The Courage and Kindness Quilt"!! What a fitting name.
She has made just an amazing comeback from where she was just a year ago. Thank you for sharing this touching time with us. Sending love to you, Libby, and her family.
One of my sisters went through the same thing a few years back. She recovered to a large degree. She was not able to do all she used to do, but she enjoyed life. Sadly she died of lung cancer a couple of years later. We cherished every moment we had with her.
