Need help adding photos to forum posts

Where can I go to learn how to include photos to my forum posts? I am using my iPad.

It's easy if you go to reply and click add file it takes you through it.

Thought you might like to see a loaf of bread I made. You click add file then choose from your gallery or take photo and then click insert as before. Hopefully it's worked for this photo. :huh:

When I touch add file a pale orange box appears saying it will allow,jpg,JPEG,ping or something like that, but I touch the orange box, nothing happens,I touch the rectangle where the file is supposed to go and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
Do I need to change something in the iPad settings, or is it the new website? With the old site I did not have a problem adding iPad photos. Any help appreciated.
I can add photos with my desktop, just not the iPad. Janet

It's a Jewish braided egg bread often made for Sabbath and holidays, but widely available, at least here. It looks like yours, it is soft to the touch, not a hard crusty bread, and leftover is great for French toast.

OK, Janet, I'm on my iPad and I'm going to try the photo upload. I don't have anything appetizing to choose from, so we'll try for pretty. Here are the sunflowers we grew this summer...

Well, that was weird! When I posted the photo, it came up as a little thumbnail that you can click to see the bigger size. When I posted my quilt picture the other day it didn't do that.

I've also noticed that at times other people seem to be able to see photos that don't show up for me. Curiouser and curiouser...

Now trying from my iPad and got the same orange message and it wouldn't go any further. :S
