Finally finished with month 7 of the Granddaughter quilt. There were so many interruptions...holidays, birthdays and summer social gatherings! Now I have to start working on the Grandmother's 24 star blocks for month 7....yikes!!! Trying hard not to fall behind

I realized once I got them all done that my last batch of stripes are facing the wrong way. I am also struggling with losing the bottom triangle points, but, I just started quilting a year ago, and started with T-shirt quilts. It’s silly, but I’m excited when the blocks turn out- even if they are a bit wrong and I’m behind.

It's all part of the learning process. Stripes add more complexity, and fun, to your blocks.
